ERM advised WhiteSource on its acquisitions of Germany and Switzerland-based Xanitizer and Croatia-based Defensecode, and their respective international operations. These acquisitions will serve to accelerate WhiteSource’s static application security testing (SAST) solution.

Partners Simon Marks and Jeremy Seeff, along with intern Noam Zimmerman, acted for Whitesource on the Defensecode acquisition, together with our friends at Wolf Theiss, Leman Solicitors, and Laredo & Smith, LLP.
