b. Implement a policy that reduces energy consumption, waste generation, and water usage within our office.
c. Regularly communicate our environmental objectives, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
d. Represent environmental and renewable companies internationally, and with our expertise, keep up to date with rules and regulations on environmental policy.
2. Social Responsibility
We acknowledge the importance of social responsibility in our firm as it is an integral part of our values and mission. We:
- Engage actively in Pro Bono initiatives by leveraging our legal expertise to promote social equity.
- Monitor the implementation of our equality policies in order to ensure any concerns are addressed and resolved as quickly and fairly as possible.
- Promote women by:
a. Maintaining a dedicated women’s forum to strengthen the advancement and growth of women in the field of law;
b. Participating actively in the “Advocating for Change Forum”, a community that promotes gender balance for female partners from leading law firms in Israel; and
c. Taking part of a partnership program by ‘Codex’ and ‘Supersonas’, uniquely focused on training woman lawyers for senior management positions in the legal industry.
d. Uphold a workplace that celebrates diversity with no tolerance of intimidation, bullying, or harassment.
e. Collaborate with Israeli non-profit organization ‘LBGTech’ to cultivate an inclusive environment that is respectful of all identities and backgrounds.
f. Emphasise the importance of a work-life balance that supports the well-being of our employees.
3. Governance
We are committed to maintaining strong corporate governance practices that promote transparency, accountability, and ethical behaviour. We:
- Maintain governance practices to uphold integrity and compliance.
- Regularly update risk management systems.
