ERM Advised Balirom on its Acquisition by TASE Listed Turpaz Industries Ltd.

 

ERM Advised Balirom on its acquisition (60%, with an option of acquiring the remainder in 4 years) by TASE-listed Turpaz Industries Ltd. – a major supplier of food flavors and spice mixtures to the food industry.

Nimrod Rosenblum, head of the firm’s M&A and private equity practice, acted for Balirom, together with associates Chen Ashkenazi and intern Ori Nehmad. Chaim Schwartz, associate in the firm’s employment and benefits practice, advised on employment law matters.
