
Chaim Schwartz
Position: Associate
Chaim is an associate in ERM’s Employment practice.
Chaim specializes in all aspects of employment law – both individual and collective. Chaim provides legal services to ERM’s local and international clients in relation to Israeli employment law matters, and specializes in litigation of employment law, drafting individual and collective labor agreements and supplying ongoing legal consultation for employers, employees and employee organizations. Chaim also acts for start – ups and technology companies in matters of intellectual property, privacy matters, benefits and executive compensations.
In addition to working in ERM, Chaim serves as a teaching assistant in the Labor Law course at Tel Aviv University.
Past Experience
Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Chaim served as a judicial assistant to the Chief Justice of the National Labor Court of Israel, where he specialized in all aspects of employment law.

Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB), from Tel Aviv University
