ERM has advised Maverick Ventures Israel, on the USD$ 2.5 million investment in Inziv Ltd.  Jerusalem-based InZiv designs and manufactures inspection equipment for identifying critical defects in pixels of advanced displays such as OLED, MicroLED, and QLED.

ERM has advised 3 purchase groups in financing agreements. 2 purchase groups from Modiin, which will build 60 units each and the United Harish association whose members will build 600 units in Harish.

The groups from Modiin obtained financing from Bank Mizrahi and united Harish association obtained financing from the Egoz fund, with the partnership of Yelin Lapidot.

ERM has advised Maverick Ventures Israel, on the closing of the US$ 22.5 million investment round in textile technology startup, Twine Solutions. The round was co-led by Maverick Ventures Israel and New Era Capital Partners. COATS Group, HP tech Ventures, and existing shareholders Landa Ventures and Gefen Capital also participated.

ERM has advised Mivneh Group in a number of transactions for the sale of commercial properties throughout the country, including the sale of a commercial center in Migdal HaEmek in the amount of about NIS 24,550,000; the sale of a cluster of properties in the Talpiot neighborhood of Jerusalem in the amount of approximately NIS 24,500,000 and the sale of a commercial center in Barkan in the amount of – 12,850,000 NIS.
