Yehuda is an Of Counsel at the firm. Yehuda’s practice is diversified, with an emphasis on real estate, planning and construction, and commercial litigation in Israel. In his decades of experience, Yehuda has provided legal consultation on a wide variety of issues concerning several large-scale residential developments throughout Israel. Yehuda advises both Israeli private and governmental entities on real estate and development matters, as well as advising the Israeli Land Authority, the Tel Aviv Museum and the Israeli Ministry of Finance. Yehuda has also been involved in advising Israeli entrepreneurs and investors in international real estate development transactions throughout Greece, Panama, United States and others.
Clients
- The Israeli Parliament (“Knesset”), on building a new wing for the Knesset in Jerusalem, also in charge of the litigation process versus the builder.
- Lev HaPark in Ra’anana and Neve Afek in Rosh HaAyin, and other large scale residential developments throughout Israel.
Past Experience
Yehuda was the founder and the managing partner of a boutique real estate law firm.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in laws (LLB) from Tel-Aviv University.
