Galit is a partner in the firm’s High-Tech & Start-Ups, and Corporate and M&A Practices.

Galit advises corporate and tech clients including private equity funds, start-up companies, multi-national corporations, angel investors and venture capital funds.

Often trusted for her project management skills and ability to provide hands-on pragmatic advice, Galit has represented clients on private and public M&A and private equity investments. Galit also regularly represents both technology companies and investors, throughout all stages of company development.

Galit has acted for corporate and commercial clients, such as Intelligo Group, Azelis (Brussels:AZE), Openvia (an affiliate of Globalvia), Paz Oil Company (TLV: PZOL), Sedric AI, BASE Investments Technologies, Kape Technologies (LSE: Kape Technologies PLC), Happiness Capital, GoTo Global and Mivne Group.

Recent corporate matters Galit advised on include:

  • Advising Marlan Holdings, an Abu-Dhabi based global investment firm, on its majority stake acquisition of a US based food production company.
  • Advising Azelis (Brussels: AZE) on its acquisition of Lidorr Elements group, an Israeli specialty chemicals distributor.
  • Advising Openvia, a Spanish company offering global transport infrastructure and mobility solutions, on a series of investments in the field of travel-tech.
  • Advising Intelligo on its ongoing corporate and commercial matters in Israel and on multiple large scale investment rounds with global investors.
  • Advising Kape Technologies (LSE: Kape Technologies PLC), on several acquisitions of Israel and US-based companies in the online security space, including Cyberghost and Intego.
  • Advising Paz Oil Company (TLV: PZOL), on the corporate aspects of the financial closing of its first renewable energy project, located in the USA.
  • Advising a group of high-net worth angel investors based out of the US and Brazil on their serial investments in Israeli companies in the medical device, med-tech and life sciences industries.
  • Advising Mirage Dynamics, a cloud services company with technology for in-video targeted brands integration, on its financing rounds and grants from the IIA.
  • Advising Happiness Capital, a global VC located in Hong Kong, on its investment in Pigmentum.
  • Advising Karamba Security on multiple large scale investment rounds.
  • Advising a US-Israel boutique merchant bank with a multi-sector portfolio on various commercial and finance based activities.
  • Advising Ctrl-e, a US-based clean-tech building intelligence and energy management solutions company, on its ongoing activities in Israel.
  • Advising QI, a US based EV charging station software provider, on its corporate and commercial matters in Israel.
  • Advising a host of investors, strategic partners, and start-ups on their investments, corporate governance matters, and day-to-day commercial work.

Past experience

Galit’s previous professional experience lends to her corporate cross-border practice.

Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) Galit worked for a political lobby in Washington, DC and for an international non-profit organization in Los Angeles, California in the US.

Galit completed her articled clerkship in the international treaties department at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she managed negotiations of international agreements in sectors such as energy, agriculture, environmental matters and weapons control, experience which she applies during her corporate legal practice.

  • Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2012)
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology (BA) from the University of Pennsylvania (2005)
