Galit is a partner in the firm’s High-Tech & Start-Ups, and Corporate and M&A Practices.
Galit advises corporate and tech clients including private equity funds, start-up companies, multi-national corporations, angel investors and venture capital funds.
Often trusted for her project management skills and ability to provide hands-on pragmatic advice, Galit has represented clients on private and public M&A and private equity investments. Galit also regularly represents both technology companies and investors, throughout all stages of company development.
Galit has acted for corporate and commercial clients, such as Intelligo Group, Azelis (Brussels:AZE), Openvia (an affiliate of Globalvia), Paz Oil Company (TLV: PZOL), Sedric AI, BASE Investments Technologies, Kape Technologies (LSE: Kape Technologies PLC), Happiness Capital, GoTo Global and Mivne Group.

Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) Galit worked for a political lobby in Washington, DC and for an international non-profit organization in Los Angeles, California in the US.
Galit completed her articled clerkship in the international treaties department at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she managed negotiations of international agreements in sectors such as energy, agriculture, environmental matters and weapons control, experience which she applies during her corporate legal practice.
