Bait Yerushalmi (Jerusalem House) Group won the tender and will advance a new urban renewal project in Be’er Sheva. The project will see the development of a new residential area with 400 apartments in place of the existing building which previously only housed 66 apartments.
The project was led by Partner Or Tzur Lebovich and Adv. Shoval Yaacov from ERM’s Real Estate & Urban Renewal department.

ERM is proud to again be representing Bait Yerushalmi Group and IsraCap Grand on an unprecedented urban renewal project in Jerusalem.
Following the execution of agreements with 100% of the rights holders in the complex, Bayit Yerushalmi and IsraCap Grand will construct 287 residential units in towers in the revitalised Katamonim neighbourhood. As part of the ‘Pinui-Binui’ (evacuation-construction) project by Bayit Yerushalmi and IsraCap Grand, located on Bar Yochai and Yitzhak Sadeh Streets in Jerusalem, existing buildings comprising 72 flats will be demolished, and two 30-storey towers will be constructed, along with a commercial level and a primary school. The project was overseen by Yoav Zahavi and Aharon Shimon, senior partners in the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department, together with partner Or Tzur Lebovich, Adv. Dona has been selected to carry out an urban renewal project, constructing 450 apartments in Ashkelon. The project, which spans approximately 11 dunams in the Histadrut Street area of the city, will include the demolition of 114 existing housing units and forms part of a larger 40-dunam complex, all represented by our firm.

Under the innovative Mekorot project, photovoltaic systems are expected to be installed on the carrier, expected to generate approximately 75 megawatts of green electricity. This is an innovative dual-use project and it is hoped to be a pioneer in the field of renewable energy facilities.

274 new apartments: Azurim Company announces the expansion of the urban renewal project in the Iceland complex in Jerusalem, after reaching agreements with the residents of the adjacent building at 16 Columbia Street. The expansion of the project allows the company to make significant progress in the planning process.
The partners from Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) Yoav Zahavi and Aharon Shimon together with attorney Nofar Driks from the firm’s real estate and urban renewal department represent the company Azorim, which today (Monday) announces the joining of the Columbia 16 building to the urban renewal project in the Island 19 complex- 21, in which they signed an eviction agreement contract with 78% of the apartment owners. Within a few days, the company managed to reach over 60% signatures in the Columbia 16 building and the required majority in the expanded complex.
