ERM founding signatory of Israel Diversity Standard

ERM is proud to be a founding signatory of the Israel Diversity Standard and its “Statement of Principles“; a huge step for building inclusiveness for the LGBT+ community in the workplace.

The Israel Diversity Standard works with Israel’s leading organisations to establish a standard of support and equity for the LGBT+ community in the workforce and the Statement of Principles serves as a benchmark by which Israeli companies of all sizes can be measured for their inclusiveness and treatment of the LGBT+ community.

Jeremy Seeff, associate in our corporate and M&A and finance and banking teams, has taken a lead role, pro bono, in establishing the benchmark, which was launched at an event at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The event was attended by hundreds including leading Israeli companies such as IBM, HPE, Stratasys and WeWork who are already signatories of the benchmark.

Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) is a leading law firm in Israel with particular expertise in international corporate, high tech and finance transactions.
