ERM advises Reuven Damari on the sale of Elbit’s Netanya land and offices

ERM has advised Reuven Damari on the sale of the Elbit Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: ESLT; TASE: ESLT) land and offices in the new Netanya industrial zone to Israeli insurance company Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings Ltd. (TASE: MGDL) for NIS 223 million.

Yehuda Zahavi and Eran Mizrahi, partners in the real estate, urban renewal and hotels department led the transactions together with associate Or Tzur.
