ERM advises Capital One Bank as co-investor in the series B and lead investor in the series B-2 financing of customer – interaction start-up Lightico, including advising on the creation of a new bank- regulatory- compliant class of shares. Despite initially joining as an additional investor in the round, Capital One’s complex bank regulatory requirements effectively created the need for renegotiation of various financing documents, led by ERM.
