ERM advised Israel and US-based angel investors, who engaged with a group of investors brought by the funding platform FundIt, on a joint venture for the development of a residential property in Washington, DC. The joint venture, with a value of $7 million, was forged with the purpose of development, management and eventual sale of the property.
Erez Gurion and Eran Mizrahi, of ERM’s Real Estate and Urban Renewal Practice, together with Galit Farkash, of ERM’s Corporate and M&A Practice, led the deal.
