Tamar Dolev-Green is a partner and head of the Competition & Antitrust practice at ERM.
With over 20 years of extensive experience, she has held positions at the Israeli Competition Authority, served as a partner and head of the Competition Department at a top-tier law firm in Israel, and acted as General Counsel for a multinational corporation.
Tamar delivers strategic legal counsel that seamlessly combines regulatory, business, and legal insights, empowering clients to identify risks and opportunities while facilitating informed decision-making in a complex legal environment.

Tamar is a leading expert in competition law and the head of the Competition & Antitrust practice at ERM.

With extensive experience gained from various senior roles, including her tenure as a senior attorney at the Israeli Competition Authority, partner and head of the Competition department at a prominent law firm in Israel, and General Counsel, executive team member, and director at MSD Israel, (a subsidiary of Merck & Co.), Tamar brings a unique perspective to her practice.

Possessing a strong business orientation, Tamar has deep expertise in competition law, administrative law, privacy protection, health regulation, and compliance. She advises and represents leading local and international corporations on all aspects of competition law, including mergers, joint ventures, anticompetitive agreements, monopolistic practices, enforcement actions, and litigation before relevant courts, including the Antitrust Tribunal. Her experience also extends to supporting MSD’s competition law team in Europe.

Consistently ranked among the top competition lawyers in Israel by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, she was recognised in the “100 Women in Antitrust” by Global Competition Review in 2009 and included in the inaugural GC Powerlist by Legal 500 in 2023.

Tamar is a co-author of “Competition Law in Israel” (2015, Wolters Kluwer) and regularly publishes articles in professional legal journals. She actively participates in key task forces for the International Bar Association (IBA) and frequently speaks at conferences, sharing her insights on competition law and regulatory matters.
