Lidia’s practice is focused on real estate and she acts for companies, developers, real estate purchase groups and residents on complex real estate transactions at all stages including acquisition of land, complex registrations, parcellation, management and construction contracts, handling of municipal and governmental issues such as tenders, and real estate financing as well as sale and lease transactions.
Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), Lidia worked in a leading boutique real estate law firm.
