Errel is an associate in the firm’s corporate and M&A and High-Tech & Start-Ups practices.
Errel provides corporate counsel on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial agreements and has acted for leading Israeli and international companies as well as for start-ups and investors in the technology sector.
Past Experience
Errel completed his legal internship at Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM).
During his academic studies, Errel served as Vice President of the University of Pennsylvania LLM class of 2023 and was a LAMBDA board member. He was also a writer in the Regulatory Review. In addition, Errel was the vice-editor of the Israel Law Review, a member of the Multiculturalism and Diversity Legal Clinic, and a member of the Quarter-Final team at the ICC Moot Court Competition. Errel also served as teaching assistant for the Property Law and Legal Systems and Traditions courses.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and (BA) in Amirim Interdisciplinary Honors Program in the Humanities from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
- Master’s degree in law (LLM) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, with Distinction.
