Gilad’s practice is focused on real estate and litigation and he heads the firm’s real estate and urban renewal practice. Working in New York and Israel, Gilad has advised public and private companies, funds, financial institutions and private investors on high-profile transactions (with particular expertise in real estate, financing, hotels and urban renewal). Gilad has advised in relation to large-scale real estate transactions, providing comprehensive legal advice across a variety of transactions such as the establishment of commercial centres, development projects and the execution of real estate finance transactions.

Gideon’s practice is focused on dispute resolution (including arbitration) and he heads the firm’s dispute resolution practice. Gideon has represented clients from a variety of sectors before the full range of Israeli courts and tribunals, and has accumulated experience in a wide variety of areas, including class action and derivative suits, corporate litigation, commercial litigation, securities litigation, employment and labour litigation and administrative litigation. Gideon has particular expertise in disputes involving international aspects and has acted for leading international corporations and individuals in litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings in Israel. Gideon has also represented major Israeli clients in international arbitration proceedings.

Asaf’s energy and infrastructure practice is focused on oil&gas, renewable energy and public tenders where he advises on a wide range of commercial, corporate, finance and M&A matters.

Asaf’s oil&gas expertise stems from his extensive experience working from London and Tel Aviv on oil&gas commercial and transactional matters in Europe, US, Africa and the Middle East, giving him firsthand knowledge of the sector. Asaf has advised clients on major domestic and international projects in the oil and gas industry, including in relation to asset disposals and acquisitions, financings, unitization, corporate acquisitions, joint operating agreements, farm in agreements, concessions and production sharing contracts, drilling agreements and joint bidding agreements.

Asaf’s renewable energy practice is focused advising on the creation of joint ventures between financiars, sponsors and developers of renewable projects. Asaf has advised some of Israel’s leading energy companies on their renewable ventures including in the US, Europe and the UAE.

Asaf advises on all aspects of public tenders, both on the government side and sponsors’ side and regularly advises tender committees, particularly with respect to infrastructure projects.

 

 

Erez is a partner in the firm’s real estate and urban renewal practice. Erez specialises in complex real estate transactions, including the purchasing and selling of land (plots, buildings, commercial centers etc.). He provides ongoing legal counsel for real estate projects, ranging from land acquisition and negotiations with local authorities, through to the sale and leasing of apartments as well as advising on all agreements with suppliers, advisers and contractors.

Erez also has significant experience relating to real estate project finance, advising both real estate entrepreneurs and funding entities.

Yoav is a partner in ERM’s Real Estate and Urban Renewal department. Yoav advises public and private companies, governmental institutions, and private investors in high-value real estate transactions.

Yoav has specific expertise in representing purchase groups and provides legal advice to purchase group organizers and project managers.  Yoav has gained significant experience in advising on public tenders, including tenders issued by the Israeli Ministry of Finance and the Israeli Land Administration.

 

Aharon is a partner in ERM’s Real Estate & Urban Renewal practice.

Aharon specializes in complex real estate transactions and the accompaniment of entrepreneurs and land owners in large urban renewal projects and sales agreements. Aharon has extensive experience in representing purchase groups, which established and occupied hundreds of residential units all over the country, and he offers the groups with ongoing legal consultation.

Throughout the years Aharon has gained significant experience in Urban Renewal projects, including TAMA 38 transactions, eviction and construction (Pinui Binui) and others.

Prior to joining ERM, Aharon established the Jerusalem branch.
