Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) is proud of Partner and co-head of the Real Estate Department, Adv. Yoav Zehavi, and Adv. Or Zur, for leading a groundbreaking new project in Ashkelon for the Dona Real Estate company.
Dona has been selected to carry out an urban renewal project, constructing 450 apartments in Ashkelon. The project, which spans approximately 11 dunams in the Histadrut Street area of the city, will include the demolition of 114 existing housing units and forms part of a larger 40-dunam complex, all represented by our firm.
Yoav Zehavi and Or Zur represent the residents in the project. Congrats to ERM’s Real Estate Department!
