ERM advises Brown Hotels Group on the construction of a new boutique hotel in Eilat

ERM has advised Brown Hotels Group on the construction of a new boutique hotel and a luxury residential complex in Eilat. Both projects will be managed by the Brown Hotels Group.

Gilad Maoz and Erez Gurion, partners in the real estate, urban renewal and hotels department led the transaction together with associate Roni Shema-Rimon and trainee May Fima.
