Galit has represented corporate clients including start-up companies, multi-national corporations and venture capital funds on a range of high-profile M&A and investment transactions. The deals she has advised on include private and public M&A, private equity investments and representation of technology companies and investors during all stages of development.

Galit has acted for clients such as Karamba Security, Maverick Ventures, Zoomin Software, Red Sea Group, Kape Technologies (formerly Crossrider), as well as for other start-ups and investors in the technology and real estate sectors.
Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) Galit worked for a political lobby in Washington, DC and for an international non-profit organization in Los Angeles, California in the United States.
Galit completed her articled clerkship at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she managed negotiations of international agreements as part of the International Treaties Department in sectors such as energy, agriculture, environmental matters and weapons control – experience which she applies during her corporate legal practice.
During her academic studies, Galit served as a member of the editorial board of the Israel Law Review, and was chosen as one of two student representatives to attend an international legal convention, where she was awarded best speaker.
