Einat is an associate in ERM’s Technology, IP & Data practice.
Einat’s work includes advising on the negotiations of various complex technology and commercial transactions (including SaaS, licensing, development and other agreements), the implementation of international and domestic privacy and data protection compliance regulation and various intellectual property matters.
Past Experience
Prior to joining ERM, Einat worked in Hogan Lovells LLP’s office in Frankfurt, Germany as a student, and following that, she worked in the international law firm White & Case LLP’s office in Frankfurt for over two years as a Transaction Lawyer and was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team.
Einat assisted the Mergers & Acquisitions team in prominent deals, including deals for a renowned food supplier, a leading European energy provider, a Japanese multinational corporation and a German photonics group. She also regularly assisted the German litigation team in managing a large-scale case for a leading German automotive corporation.

- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from Tel Aviv University
- Masters degree in law (LL.M) from Humboldt University of Berlin
