Shlomo is an associate in the firm’s Employment law practice. His practice focuses on labour law and commercial matters, including pension arrangements, non-compete and secrecy agreements, intellectual property, employee benefits, collective agreements and expansion orders, prevention of sexual harassment, employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, engagements with services and manpower contractors and termination procedures.

Clients & Deals

Shlomo has acted for leading international and Israeli clients including Fresenius, Amaya and Daimler.

Past Experience

Shlomo completed his legal internship at the office of the Deputy Attorney General (International Law) at Israel’s Ministry of Justice.  Prior to that he worked at Israel’s Directorate of Courts, where he served in the Office of Legal Assistance to Foreign Countries.

During his academic studies Shlomo was a member of the Israel Law Review editorial staff and participated in the university’s legal clinic on rights in the criminal process.


  • Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB), general history and political science (BA) from Hebrew University of Jerusalem
