Shiran is an associate in the firm’s dispute resolution department.
Shiran has experience advising international and Israeli corporations on complex commercial litigation cases, including mediation and arbitration proceedings in Israel and abroad. Among the areas she has advised clients are class actions and derivatives.

Shiran has acted for leading international and Israeli companies such as Fresenius Medical Care, Generali, Topdanmark, Raimondi Cranes, Must International B.V., Scholpp Montage GmbH and others.
Prior to joining Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) Shiran worked in the commercial litigation department at another leading international law firm.
During her academic studies, Shiran participated in The Rights of People with Disability Clinic and represented clients of the Clinic.
Shiran also volunteered in the “Schar Mitzvah” programme of the Israel Bar Association, which provides legal assistance on a voluntary basis to people with limited means and served as a social coordinator for the Atidim programme.
