Maya’s practice is focused on dispute resolution (including arbitration). Maya has represented clients from a variety of sectors before the full range of Israeli courts and tribunals, and has accumulated experience in a wide variety of areas, including corporate litigation, commercial litigation, securities litigation, employment and labour litigation, white collar criminal litigation and administrative litigation. Maya has particular expertise in disputes involving international aspects and has acted for leading international corporations and individuals in litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings in Israel.

Maya has acted for leading international corporations before the full range of Israeli courts and tribunals including: Wirtgen Group, William Hill, Air Berlin, Fresenius Medical Care, Council of Bureaux and Afkon, as well as leading individuals such as Benjamin Netanyahu.
Prior to joining ERM as an associate, Maya was an associate at other major Israeli law firms.
During her academic studies, Maya acted as research assistant to Prof. David Hahn in the area of corporate law, insolvency and corporate recovery, and to Prof. Shahar Lifshitz in the areas of family law and contracts.
