Eran’s practice is focused on energy project finance and regulation, and corporate transactions. Eran has provided comprehensive legal advice in relation to various energy projects (finance and regulation) as well as corporate transactions. He has experience advising lenders, sponsors and contractors, on the development and financing of projects in the energy sector (including natural gas, photo-voltaic, thermo-solar, cogeneration, wind, water, bio-mass, geothermic energy and pumped storage facilities).

Clients & Deals

Eran has acted for a broad spectrum of local and international clients, including: Tahal, Star Pumped-Storage, Arava, Meshakim & Partners, Big-solar, Supergas, Solaer, Deutsche Bank and Madanes group amongst others.

Past Experience

Eran completed his legal internship at Epstein Rosenblum Maoz.

During his academic studies, Eran was responsible for the effective operation of the ELEM law clinic of the IDC, providing pro-bono legal and social assistance to youth in distress.
